Planning a trip using travellers' reviews
When you go on holidays, it is very useful to read the reviews of other travellers, who give their opinions and recommendations about hotels, restaurants and things to do.
In pairs,
1) go to Tripadvisor United Kingdom webpage,
2) choose a destination,
3) read reviews about hotels, restaurants and things to do,
4) once you have read the reviews, choose a hotel, a resturant and a thing to do,
5) send a comment to the blog, telling your choices and copying the reviews (hotel, restuarant an thing to do) that made you make your decisions.
Good trip!

The mood lighting and tablet controls are funky! Small room perfectly deigned to include everything you need for a short stay : huge, comfortable bed, storage drawer, under it, great shower, hair...

My wife and i went to Sapori D'Italia on saturday night for my mrs birthday and we where very impressed. We had known of the place for quite some time and always says we would try it as it is very near by to where we live. It's a cosy wee number, nice and relaxed atmosphere too with very friendly...

“Excellent Hotel”
My daughter and I have just spent a very enjoyable weekend at the Remont Hotel. The room was excellent, staff were very helpful and breakfast was delightful. Very handy to nearby shops and places of interest, plenty of local buses. Would visit again when I next come to Oxford.
Restaurant:
“Great food but the staff are the best”
I have eaten here many times over the years, the first thing you notice is the big smiles from the staff and the welcome they all give you. Nothing is too much trouble and the food is amazing. Always very high quality and served with a smile.
Things to do:
-“Great Free Tour!”
I had an excellent time seeing and learning all about Oxford. Tom was an excellent guide, very charismatic and engaging. I was supposed to go on another tour at that time but he just draws you in. I love how the guides are students at Oxford. I learned a lot while having a good laugh along the way. Have already...
-“You will LOVE just walking among such history!”
I recommend just walking around this fabulous collection of colleges and English history and entering some of the colleges. You can also take a paid walking tour, but there is also much to see which is free. We also purchased an all-day bus fare so that we could also see some of the surrounding neighborhoods (four pounds).

Review of Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre.
ResponderEliminarI had booked a club room here for a one night stopover, but when I got to reception was told we had been upgraded to a junior suite- it was absolutely fantastic, my wife didn't want to leave!
All round it does seem if this hotel is a cut above the rest, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and you really do get the impression that this is a luxury hotel.
It was a bit of a problem finding the place on a satnav as several roads were closed in Manchester, but if you follow signs for 'The Printworks' -which is where you have to park- the hotel is a 2 minute walk away.
Highly recommended.
Albert's Restaurant & Bar.
Visited Albert's in Didsbury for the first time last week, and arrived just before the cut off for ordering from the '2 courses for £11.95' menu (served until 6pm on weeknights). Given it was a Thursday evening, we were surprised how busy it was and so were glad to have booked a table in advance via their website. The atmosphere was really buzzy and yet despite being so busy, received excellent service from start to finish.
The food was excellent value and delicious (mini bangers and mash for starter and steak frites with peppercorn sauce for main) - two starters, two mains and two glasses of wine for £36 in a lovely setting with excellent service. Would definitely recommend!

THINGS TO DO IN LONDON
To go on The Eye isn't cheap, but it is definitely worth the trip. It is easy to look out on one side to see Big Ben, Westminster, Buckingham Palace, and the Treasury. Don't forget to turn around. You can see The Shard, Canary Wharf, and other sights. Spend the extra pound for the map so you can identify the buildings you see.

REVIEW OF THE HOTEL
Well my father comes here every month pays 150 a night when he stays . We arrived and iv been here before aswell so iv had a better welcoming . Luke the receptionist tried to give us a double bed room and there was 3 of us hahahaha then we changed the room it was fine but after unpacking luke is on the phone he wanted to change our room for a service . So pack again and changed room again 3rd time lucky we got a room we could stay in. My family checked in next day first iv seen them in 10 years they asked for a room next door but that was a problem for luke aswell . Restaurant staff bar staff all other staff were lovely :) Sunday my family was leaving the hotel was really quiet they wanted to extend the room till 4 o'clock but that was problem for luke aswell as the hotel is apparently full on a Sunday it's January there is no football on or anything . My family would of paid 300 pounds for an extra 4 hours but nah apparently hotel was so busy no rooms available he's already asked the manager if rooms can be extended etc etc. Today I went to breakfast and the place was empty only 1 couple eating and a few people came after but not a lot to be honest like Saturday morning it was busy .anyways if that's how regulars get treated then u may aswell find a cheaper hotel save ur money . We got room service at 4 am and had lunch in the bar food is lovely and the drink is good just ask the receptionist who is luke if it's him don't ask for anything it might be to much for him . I should of asked for the manager but didn't let it spoil my weekend . False advertisement they want to make all guests stay 10/10 mines is a 8/10.

REVIEW OF THE RESTAURANT
Had a lovely visit to this restaurant. Only slightly marred by the couple on the next table who seemed to be reviewing footage from another social occasion with soundtrack on a tablet ( am I in MacDonalds?)
The food was impeccable and we are not easily pleased - though it was a premium price for a premium experience.
THING TO DO
"Liverpool Cathedral"
PRICE -> 18€/per person
REVIEW:
This is a most historic piece of artitecture that you can find anywhere. It has the most beautiful features of any church that I have seen in most European cities and cities in England. It has a good shop and a wonderful coffee shop all really well priced.
"The Beatles Story"
PRICE -> 20€/per person
REVIEW:
For what it is, I'd would consider the Beatles Story a tad overpriced. If you're a fan of the Beatles, and let's face it there is no other reason to do this tour, you get a sense of the place where they came from and a bit of their history, but it's not a full account and it's not going to be there for long. One of the neighbourhood, the one where Ringo was born, is scheduled for demolition and the rest of the houses are now in private hands and the owners are really feed up with the tourists. A few sights of Liverpool, and some nostalgia, but that's really all to it.
And more monuments like:
- "The house of town hall in Liverpool."
- "The House of the City of Liverpool."
- "The Philharmonic Hall."
- "Anglican Cathedral."
- "Catholic Cathedral."
And more of thing...

I’m going to go to Liverpool.
ResponderEliminarI’ve chosen Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre’s hotel.
The hotel only costs 129 euros, for 1 room of 2 adults, since 26 of February to 1 of march.
The taxis and fees are included in the price of the hotel.
The hotel is incredible and most of the people that went there were all very happy. I think it's a good choise.
“Couldn't ask for better”
Just come back from are second stay in this hotel and can't wait to return again. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. Checked in and out of the hotel by someone called Liam and he was so friendly and helpful he definitely gives a good first impression of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the beds are so Comfy it's the best nights sleep I've had in a long time. I had a very small problem with room service and again Liam sorted it straight away and couldn't have apologised enough. Can't wait to return.
The only problem are the flights, that are from 1,566 euros.
The restaurant that I’ve chosen is called Spire. I think that this is one of the best restaurants of Liverpool, and the reviews of it are very good.
“Super food”
Excellent food cooked to perfection , a good variety of choices and great service .
We were there with my son and his business partner and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and friendliness of the chef and staff , they quickly rustled up an extra meal when another person arrived part way through our meal, I would certainly recommend a visit.
I want to do a lot of things there, and one of those is to visit the Liverpool’s Cathedral.
It costs about 18 euros or more.

"Excellent hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. Wonderful, helpful staff. Very handy location. Delicious food in the restaurant. Will definitely be going back and staying there again."
The restaurant we chose is Greg's Bistro, because of all the good reviews and because the food looks very good. This is one of the reviews:
'Well worth a visit'
"We were in Southampton for a Uni run and took the little one out for a late lunch on a Sunday. Took a chance on this place and glad we did. Nice menu, top quality food, great service. Recommended."
And, finally, we'd like to go to The Old Cemetery, because we think is very interesting. This is one review:
'A must-see'
"Whether you're a new or old resident. If you're fascinated by history you must visit the cemetary. Guided tours are available (see notice board by the old lodge). Lovely wild flowers in the summer. Really interesting graves, including a lad who was struck by lightening on the Common and graves of Titantic survivors. Suitable for dogs if kept on lead."

Upgraded on arrival, lovely room, clean bathroom, Nespresso coffee machine, incredible comfy huge bed! Free Wi-Fi, lots of TV options.
The staff at the Nadler were fantastic, incredibly welcoming and happy to do anything for us - that was everyone from the front desk to the handyman who saw us in the corridor and offered to carry our bags for us.
Restaurant:
“Seven Park place"
What a fantastic restaurant. Food amazing and staff out to make the experience of eating at this restaurant special. We were in London for a girly weekend and I have to say this was definitely one of the highlights. It isn't cheap but you wouldn't expect it to be. We used a Travelzoo offer which was good value.
Things to do:
"British museum"
This was a good way to spend a few hours, nice large amd roomy museums with hundred of exhibits to look at.
"Big Ben"
Lovely to see, and try to walk near by to watch it from different angles... Also if you have the chance go inside the parliament and take a picture with the Big Ben from inside... You might meet the Prime Minister as i did!
"Houses of Parliament"
If you fancy a bit of extraordinary history, taking the Houses of Parliament tour is a great way to spend a few hours in London!

It could do with a bit of modernisation and some duvets instead of blankets, but overall a splendid little b&b just 10 mins walk from the city centre"
Restaurant: The Park Restaurant
We visisted The Park restaurant at the end of January for my birthday! The restaurant was a real hidden gem situated inside Marmadukes hotel! Every course was faultless and the tastes were exquisite! On top of this the music was quirky and individual complimenting the evening well. We will be back!
Things to do: York Castle Museum
Having visited here over thirty years ago it was wonderful to return and see that the museum has retained that wonderful atmosphere. The victorian street scene with its range of shop fronts and interiors is still one of the best we have found anywhere. The staff are helpful, the displays interesting and the information boards not too wordy.

One night costs 86 euros.
We booked this hotel in Blackpool for 1 night lovely hotel close to the centre for shopping staff where very nice and helpful room nice and clean and comfortable there was some work going on at the hotel but this did not affect our stay breakfast was very nice and you could have what ever you wanted toast tea cereals and also a cooked breakfast as well good value for money .
*Restaurant:
The restaurant is called 'GO GREEK'.
We have been here several times now and the food has been great each time they have a good choice on the menu at very reasonable prices, the staff are always nice and welcoming and the restaurant is a nice place to sit and eat, The early bird menu is unbelievably good value, we will be going back next week.
*Things to do:
We're going to go to 'STANLEY PARK'.
Spur of the moment trip to Blackpool, didn't know there was a zoo until we drove past on our way. Booked tickets at a good price online for the next day. Arrived & was shown into the zoo straight away by some lovely ladies. So many things to see, I really enjoyed myself and so did my partner. Was cold but the sun was out & I loved every minute.

Visit the stadium of Manchester.
I went in the summer with my Man United fan friend and even he admitted that it was better than the one he had been on at Old Trafford. The tour was around an hour and a half long and took in all the main sights such as dressing room, players lounge, main dining rooms, press rooms, the tunnel and the directors box seats. Our tour guide was extremely interesting and informative with a good sense of humour.

We have chosen a restaurant called Lokkanta Meze & Barbeque because its food seems excellent. Staff is attentive and smiley, nothing seems to be a problem for them.
The first day we have decided to visit The London Eye, The British Museum (it is always free to visit, but you'll have to pay for special exhibitions) and the Convent Garden. The second day we will visit the Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and the Westminster Abbey. Cardiff Castle is in the downtown area of Cardiff with no parking adjacent to it. We finally discovered the mall parking lot and then walked to the castle. Due to the time of our arrival, we only had two hours--which was not enough time to see everything. It's worth paying the little extra to have a guided tour so you can see additional rooms (not available with the general admission ticket) like the room within the clock tower, the nursery, and the roof top terrace.

Restaurant → Federal café Manchester (Amaizing brunch)
One of the best brunches we've ever had. I had the French toast which is AMAZING. My boyfriend had the poached eggs with bacon and smashed avacado which he said was fantastic. Good location, good service and the cafe had an awesome soundtrack. Only to be aware of that the cafe is very small so it is hard to get a table at midday!

Beautiful building. It's a working building so not many people realise you can look round. You can go to the ground and first floors where the state rooms are. The Great Hall is amazing with beautiful murals by Ford Madox Brown telling the history of the city. There's a lovely cafe on the ground floor in the Sculpture shall. Would highly recommend this hotel to anybody. Stayed for two nights over the weekend, great city centre location surrounded by bars and restaurants, yet never heard a thing at night from the hotel room! Walking distance to Liverpool One and The Docks. The staff were excellent and very helpful, gave us lots of discount vouchers for local restaurants. The room was very clean and was also cleaned during our stay. I found this hotel on booking.com, however when I rang the hotel directly to book I managed to get it cheaper! Our only fault would be that rather than a double bed it was two singles pushed together. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend.
Restaurant: Spire
Just got back from Spire....total perfection. Service is absolutely spot-on and you simply can't fault the food. We could very happily have eaten anything off the menu and wouldn't have been disappointed....having said that, give the sea bass or lamb a go!! Desserts stunning too. And great value.....definitely worth a visit if you love food.
Things to do: Cathedrak
The outside of the Cathedral is impressive and as you enter you are greeted with a huge space flooded with light. There were people to welcome you to the church but the information given was of very little help. The coffee shop accessed via the gift shop was up a height which gave a pleasant view of the cathedral, and served a variety of cakes, sandwiches and light lunches. The gift shop sold an array of religious gifts along side Liverpool tourist knickknacks. The stained glass helped flood the church with a rainbow of colours when the sun shined through. For me the highlight of the visit was the Lady Chapel, a small chapel best viewed from above. Whilst undoubtedly the Cathedral is an amazing building through out our visit we had a nagging thought church or tourist attraction.

“Beautiful Park with some interesting Contents”
This park was at its best during the Commonwealth Summer Games in 2015 and there are still some remnants of the games in the park. There are a number of monuments, the Terracotta Fountain, the People's Palace and several old buildings. It is on the north side of the Clyde and there are rowing clubs and other sports clubs in the area as well as picturesque pedestrian bridges straddling the Clyde. It is easy to get to and a nice place to take a stroll. There is the West Brewery, Pub and Restaurant at the Northeast corner that is worth a stop as well.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was fantastic. We had lunch in Bert's and thoroughly enjoyed the food, jazz, and delicious cocktail. Our room (Victorian) was excellent with every need catered for and the towels, pillows, fixtures and fittings were what you would expect from a luxury hotel. It was the best night's sleep...
A restaurant:

We were recommended this restaurant and it didn't disappoint us. The food was amazing and I certainly had my choice. I love Rick Steins in Padstow and this is on par with his restaurant. If you have got a passion for fish, this restaurant will not disappoint you. Maybe expensive for some but well worth.

Giants Causeway & Game of Thrones Tour by Belfast Famous Black Cabs
“An Unforgettable Day Out”
The Game of Thrones and Giants Causeway tour is unforgettable. Your host Gerard is knowledgeable attentive and entertaining. The best tour guide, nothing is too much trouble for Gerard.
The day starts out on time and everything that is promised is delivered plus more.
You see multiple filming locations (too many to list) and many places that the big coaches just can not get to!
Lunch recommendations certainly lived up to your expectations.
After lunch, more GoT locations. Gerard is the ultimate host and will take photos at the most optimal angles.
You will not be disappointed, this tour is all you could want and more.

ResponderEliminarWe decided to travel to London due to the London eye and all the things you can see there.we are going to stay in the Nadler Kensington.
ResponderEliminarUpgraded on arrival, lovely room, clean bathroom, Nespresso coffee machine, incredible comfy huge bed! Free Wi-Fi, lots of TV options.
The staff at the Nadler were fantastic, incredibly welcoming and happy to do anything for us - that was everyone from the front desk to the handyman who saw us in the corridor and offered to carry our bags for us. Great location, we went to see a show at the Hammersmith Apollo only 15 min cab journey.
For breakfast pop down the road to 'The Blackbird' Pub - you get a discount for being a nadler guest and their full english is top notch!
This was all round one of the best value trips to London i've ever made, and i would stop at the Nadler again without any hesitation. One single improvement for the hotel would be double glazing or some window improvements. The heating in the room is absolutely capable of dealing with any draughts but its a little noisy if you're expecting serenity! We weren't, so its ok for us.
We want to go on travel of the London eye and make lots of photos and we want to go to the natural science history museum and we want to eat in the Gastronhome.
Excellent restaurant.
We ordered the five-course surprise menu and everything was wonderful. Very original and well cooked food, the presentation of meticulously maintained course.
Also we ordered the wine that the maitre recommended for each dish, and also was wonderful.
As for the restaurant, it's not a big place, but it is perfect for dinner with partner or friends. everything was new and very well maintained.
The service from the waiters was very good, very friendly and attentive to all at all times.
The price is very good for the kind of restaurant it is, the quality of food and service.
I 100% recommend this restaurant, I will be back son.

“Brillant hotel”
We stayed at for 1 night at this fantastic hotel the staff are really lovely and friendly, we arrived early and checked in they kept are bags safely the location is brilliant for the Liverpool 1 and all the attraction. After a hard days shopping we found are bags had been taken up to our room. When we opened our door we couldn't believe how big the suite was 2 double beds 2 massive sofas a Jacuzzi bath and a kitchen the view from our room looked out over the docks and beyond.Excellent bedding ,spotlessly clean also the next day we had a superb breakfast. The views from the restaurant were brilliant.Would we stay here again? In a heart beat.
Restaurant:Fazenda Rodizio Bar and Grill
Arrived at the restaurant at 21:15, our table was booked for this time also and we were seated almost immediately. The atmosphere within is amazing- not rowdy and the lighting is quite dim and works well. We dined for Valentines and the two prosecco's included within the menu were served promptly. The salad bar is very fresh and the meat is cooked to perfection (as long as you enjoy medium rare meat, if not you can ask for any specific meats you require to be cooked well done and bought to your table). Me and my partner like to try different restaurants often and Fazenda is our favourite, we have also ate in the Manchester restaurant. Be careful not to fill yourself up too much on the salad bar as the meat is served constantly throughout your dining experience and that's the best part! Would 100% recommended to anyone.
Things to do:Albert Dock
The first thing I did was to compare how Liverpool had transformed a dock into an interesting walk way. Food, gift ideas & even the Beatles experience are within the dock area. Well worth a visit.

ResponderEliminarHotel:Benedict Hotel:“First class!”
Deadly hotel with everything under one roof. Room was massive and had everything you needed (iron, hair drier, hangers, the lot). Bed was so comfortable, best bed I've ever slept on. Food in the restaurant was really really good, 3 course meal for only £22. Tunes on in the bar downstairs and even your own residents bar on the 1st floor that is quieter and stays open later. We only stayed one night but could of stayed a week. Will be back for sure, some spot!
Restaurant: Shu Restaurant “First class!”
Visited today with my mum, sister and 6 year old nephew. As always service amazing! They literally couldn't do more for us and so kind to my nephew bringing him extra snacks of chocolate with our dessert. We all went for the business lunch and I had a Valentine's Day cocktail. Food was just amazing. Fabulous ambiance, could have sat there all day! Will certainly return again soon
We look and it have the certificate of excellence.
Things to do:Stormont Estate and Parliament Buildings:“Must Visit”
A must for first time visitors is a tour of Stormont and a walk around the grounds. This building houses the grandchild of parliaments being carefully nursed by an army of civil servants. apart from learning the chequered history of this monument there are some interesting true and amusing anecdotes such as what it was covered in during the war years to camouflage it from bombers being likened to the current contents of the building. Much to see easily taking up the best part of a day.

Room spacious with large super king bed with huge Jacuzzi bath
Room was spotless as was all parts of the hotel
Evening meal was superb and well presented and staff very friendly
Full English Breakfast was one of the best we have had in any hotel with meat and cheeses, cakes and more, reasonable bar prices..
We will certainly be coming again.
RESTAURANT:The Art School
Visited The Art School friend's birthday celebration. We opted for an early and the prix fixe 3-course menu. The menu was innovative and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was first class, unobtrusive yet constantly attentive and I cannot praise the staff highly enough. At £29.50 for 3 courses not cheap but all felt it was worth it for fine dining experience Will definitely recommend and look forward to coming back next time in Liverpool
THINGS TO DO:Walker Art Gallery
This has to be one of the best art galleries in the UK, it is constantly excellent.
It is free to get in, although the Pre-Raphaelite exhibition will cost you a fiver. Pay it! It's worth every penny. There are paintings on display here that will bring you to your knees!
An astonishing exhibition, in a world class gallery.
We travelled for three and a half hours for this, and it was well worth it.
A fabulous art gallery, in a wonderful city.

Stayed one night and the whole place was very civilised; large clean modern room with a lot of nice touches like complementary bottled water water and chocolate and pillow perfume spray. Crisp sheets on the very comfortable bed. Had a nice view over the dockside. Leisure centre with pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, all very well kept. Good selection of fruit at the breakfast buffet with balled melon, fresh orange pieces, figs, berries. Good selection of quality cooked breakfast items as well. Couldn't fault it.
Restaurant: Leaf
We have been here a couple of times and it fills up fast, so go a bit early for breakfast/lunch. This time we went for breakfast. I think its busy because a lot of the apart-hotels nearby don't offer breakfast and some of the hotels charge a lot for breakfast. Certainly there appeared to be a few people with cases. The food is really good. They do freshly squeezed orange juice. The eggs benedict, and American pancakes are wonderful. Portions are large. Tea and coffee are topped up free of charge. Its a sort of rustic place that feels like a theatre cafe/industrial unit. The sort of place where you could sit with the morning paper and really relax. Our place of choice when weekending in Liverpool 1.
Things to do:Liverpool Cathedral
Visited this Church and then went back for a Service. It's a beautiful building and well worth a visit. There is a souvenir shop with something for everyone and not overpriced. There is a cafe and toilets to the side if this Church, entrance to all from the Church itself. Plenty of people on hand to answer questions.

Holiday Rental.
Would highly recommend this apartment. It's spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, warm and ideally located. From the word go this was once of the easiest bookings I've made. Iain, the owner of the property was so helpful, we had a 3 hour journey to get to Glashow and thought that it would be later in the evening before we arrived, he posted the keys out so we didn't worry about arriving late. We were at the Hydro for a concert on the Saturday night, it was just a 5 min taxi journey but could have walked in 20 mins. Perfect location for shopping, dining out in the West end. Will try and book this again on our next visit to Glasgow. Beds comfy, big kitchen and not noisy at night. Parking was not a problem on the street and there is a great little café right outside - perfect for breakfast if you donlt fancy cooking. Loved this flat!
Things to do: "Pollok Country Park"
Lovely park with lots of nice walks and great play areas for children. Take a picnic and a camera and spend the day enjoying lots of different sights as you turn the next corner.
Great for all ages, and even great on a rainy day. The park is really big with a variety of things to do and places to see. There's a children's play park with a zip slide and seesaw swings, that also has a smaller area for younger children. This is a sun trap in the summer and gets really hot, so make sure to bring water, suncream/hats etc. You can walk round the park and visit the highland cows and horses. There is also a vegetable and herb garden and a beautiful water feature with tree carvings. You can sit in the garden of Pollock house or on the river bank(great for picnic in the summer). Also good for rainy days as there are lots of woodland areas/walks that are great if you want a muddy day in full waterproofs.
Restaurant :"Black Sheep Bistro"
Have previously reviewed this place and returned last week for my birthday with my wife and another couple
Just can’t fault it
Starters were haggis bon bons, scallops with back pudding, black pudding with tattie scone and poached egg and salmon mousse parcels..
Mains included the venison stew, lamb shank and steak pie…all accompanied by plenty of veg/potatoes
Desserts…one took the sticky toffee pudding and the other three of us shared the seven “mini” desserts…included profiteroles, rhubarb crumble, chocolate cake, pecan banoffee, coconut kisses…and didn’t even manage to finish them
Absolutely no complaints about any dish at all…very good food prepared with skill and care
As mentioned in every review…portion sizes are not small
Bottle of wine, pint of beer and a couple of other drinks…bill came to just under £160…excellent value for food of this quality
Will definitely be back when I can get a table booked!!

We stopped here on a Saturday morning around 11am and there was a bit of a wait (about 30 minutes) but it's well worth the wait so don't give up! The coffee was fantastic and we both had the avocado with poached egg and smoked salmon which was the perfect start to the day.
Very relaxed and trendy staff and customers and a really nice mix from old to young.

We booked this hotel in Blackpool for 1 night lovely hotel close to the centre for shopping staff where very nice and helpful room nice and clean and comfortable there was some work going on at the hotel but this did not affect our stay breakfast was very nice and you could have good value for money.
Restaurant One of the best brunches we've ever had. I had the French toast which is good. Good location, good service and the cafe had an awesome soundtrack. Only to be aware of that the cafe is very small so it is hard to get a table at midday!
"British museum"
This was a good way to spend a few hours, nice large amd roomy museums with hundred of exhibits to look at.
"Big Ben"
Lovely to see, and try to walk near by to watch it from different angles... Also if you have the chance go inside the parliament and take a picture with the Big Ben from inside.
